  • Must be a resident of Busia County or have strong ties to the community.
  • Pay a one-time registration fee of KSh 200.
  • Complete the official registration form with accurate personal details.
  • Be recommended by an existing member (referee/sponsor).
  • Agree to abide by the constitution and rules of THE EMPOWERMENT NETWORK GROUP.
